Bieber fever will not die down. The kid has become a teen idol for his apparent looks, his very close resemblance to half of the world’s lesbian population and I suppose his vocal skills. The kid has already got a movie out, Never Say Never that was released just around Valentine’s day this year.

I keep saying kid because essentially, he is one. And this kid at 17 years old, might also have a kid of his own. While most people were dressing up in costumes and getting treated with candy/getting trashed on Halloween, Mariah Yeater was filing papers for a law-suit against the Biebs.

The 20 year old girl mother claims that Biebsey is the father of her 3 month old baby. Perhaps someone confused Halloween with April Fools or maybe it’s really true? Who knows, it has happened to lots of male celebrities and the paternity allegations end up being false anyways; Robert De Niro, Keanu Reeves etc.

Mariah Yeater, states that this incident occurred late last year, October 25th to be precise. She was at his concert in Los Angeles when she was approached by one of Bieber’s security guards who asked if she was interested in meeting JB. O’course she was like hellz yeah and went into the back to meet him (cause that doesn’t sound sketch at all…)

“Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss.” Yeater hand-wrote in her complaint. “Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”

The “private area” in question was allegedly a bathroom. “We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically,” claimed Yeater. “He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to (expletive) the (expletive) out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.”

Justin then “quickly took off” Yeater’s clothes and the pair had sex, the suit alleges.

Sworn under the penalty of perjury, Yeater said in court papers: “He was on top of me with my legs around him. At the time I was on top of some type of shelf. The sexual intercourse itself was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.”

Am I the only one that finds that encounter incredibly disturbing?

She also says that he was the only man (You mean boy right?) she’d had sex with during that period of time so the father couldn’t be anyone else but the Biebs. (Only man? – Is she suggesting bisexuality?  GAWD I think everyone on the planet is gay…GAY GAY GAY.)

“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims,” Melissa Victor said in a prepared statement. “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”.

Interestingly enough…

Her (Yeater) attorneys claim Bieber has not denied he had unprotected sex with their client, but that does not mean he did so.

The statement released by Victor was brief and did not get into specifics, or even acknowledge that he ever met Ms. Yeater. This does not mean he admits to having had sex with her, however. A Bieber rep said it was “impossible” for such an event to have occurred because Bieber is never left alone backstage.

Oh and get this, it doesn’t end there. Let’s remember that Yeater is currently 20 years old and therefore a year ago, she was 19… and JB was 16 dun dun dun. You know what this means! Or do you? If Yeater’s allegations turn out to be true, she’s also guilty of statutory rape seeing as consent age in L.A is 18!

Now the question is, why would anyone put themselves in this position if it wasn’t true!? Women have done it in the past, as we saw with De Niro, Reeves etc and their accusations turned out to be complete B.S. Is she doing this just to get attention?

Negative attention doesn’t seem all that appealing to me, but maybe that’s just me. It seems most people are in the negative spotlight these days, what with Lindsey Lohan going back behind bars and Kim Kardashian’s Divorce that we care a lot about.

What’s interesting is that if these allegations do turn out to be true, his credibility kinda goes into the shit hole, especially considering what he said in an interview with Rolling Stones in February this year:

“I don’t think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them,” Bieber says. When asked if he believes in abstinence until marriage, Bieber – who is reportedly dating fellow teen star Selena Gomez – seems wary: “I think you should just wait for the person you’re…in love with.”

Well at least the Biebs has got one thing going for him; he wants to stay Canadian that’s for sure. Mind you, that might have something to do with our health benefits. Just sayin…
